OWON AG1011F 10MHz 1-CH High Frequency Arbitrary Waveform Generator with 125MS/s Sample Rate and 2 pts to 8kpts Arb Wave Length. the signals can also be modulated with various techniques, so the generators have support for AM, FM, PM, FSK, sweep and burst modulation options.   OWON’s AG1011F 5MHz function generator with advanced DDS technology, 125Ms/s and. The vertical resolution is a high 14 bits. The device can generate the following signals: Sinus, Block, Saw-tooth, Pulse, Noise, Sync, or exponential (rise/decay) or a 32 channel digital wave. It can give a DC output, or modulate with AM, FM, PM, FSK and PWM.
